Funding Litigation: The Challenge - A paper presented to the 24th Australian Institute of Judicial Administration Conference 2006

This paper was delivered by John Corker on 17 September 2006 at the above conference.  It identifies barriers to pro bono assisting with litigation, covers such issues as court pro bono referral schemes and litigants in person and makes some suggestions for ways forward with the issues.
